About Us
Wills Primary School was founded in 1998 as a Private institution dedicated to providing excellence in education. In the many years since we first opened our doors, Wills has quickly risen to be nationally recognised as one of the most diverse, unique and academically excelling schools in Barbados. Our students are our highest priority. We promote a cooperative partnership among students, parents, community and staff. Our mission is to build a strong foundation for learning by nurturing, guiding, and challenging all our students to achieve their maximum potential.

We created this site as a resource for the families of current and prospective students–both local and from far flung corners of the earth. We are proud that the collective Wills family represents our local culture and those from many other countries in the Caribbean and around the world. We hope this site will help you stay or become connected to the spirit of Wills.
At Wills, we strive to ensure that all children enjoy their school experience in an environment built on positive co-operation amongst school staff, parents, and students.
We aim to work in partnership with parents to foster a love of learning and to enable your children to acquire the skills which they need to reach their full potential. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum enriched with visitors, visits, events and activities to inspire in each child a joy for learning.
In addition, we provide a wide range of after school activities, setting high standards in all aspects of school life. As a school we value each individual and their unique contribution.
It is important that our students are honest and respectful, care for others and work hard to develop skills which will allow them to be good citizens and achieve success now and in the future.
We believe in an active working partnership between home and school and will provide you with regular information, both formally and informally, about all aspects of school life and your child’s progress at Wills Primary School.
